What opportunities are available?
We offer employed full time or part time roles within a well established salon. Some team members enjoy consistency and routine, others chose to develop additional skills over time. Both are equally supported. We will help you plan your goals and support your growth. Our regular reviews and check-ins will ensure you are constantly supported in your journey.
Can I specialise in a particular area?
Yes! If you have a particular interest we are happy to support you focussing more in that area. Equally there is no pressure to specialise, a balanced all round role is absolutely welcome too.
What is provided?
We provide all essential salon equipment, professional backbar products and colour. You'll need your own basic tools such as scissors, brushes combs and clips. But we have spares of everything.
How are working days structured?
The salon currently operates Tuesday-Saturday 9-5. We run a well organised, realistic appointment schedule with designated breaks built into the day. A paid lunch break and no double booking! Our focus is on quality, not rushing or overbooking.
Is there pressure to sell retail?
No, we believe in honest, client-led recommendations. There are no hard sales, targets or forced upselling, just great service and genuine advice.
What support will I receive day to day?
You'll be fully supported by the salon owner and team. From booking appointments and client management, to training and general salon life, you're never left to figure things out on your own.
What training will I get?
Daily support form our in salon Wella Master Colour Expert, always on hand to advise, guide and help. Wella educator sessions 2-3 times a year in salon, bringing the latest techniques, trends and insider tips straigh to you. Online education tools for theory and ongoing learning, Opportunities to expand your knowledge in to a range of other services with our in salon training packs including keratin treatments, extensions, trichology and more. Mentorship towards management roles if interested, learn about running a salon, team leadershipand business operations.
What if I just want stability rather than progression?
Thats absolutely fine! Not everyone wants to climb a ladder, we value consistency, reliability and great work just as much as ambition.
